During times when the office is closed, we remain available for URGENT AND EMERGENCY LOCUM REQUESTS/ILLNESS COVER ONLY, including ALL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. 

Please only call during these times for genuine emergency problems. For all other purposes, such as checking dates, updating your availability etc., please e-mail or text and your requirements will be dealt with. We only have enough staff on call to deal with Emergency Cover, please let them get on with this vital task. 

If telephoning PLEASE DO LEAVE A MESSAGE – we will respond as soon as we are able but we have to access each and every call, EVEN THOSE WHERE SOMEONE RINGS AND HANGS UP! This slows us down from getting to the calls from people who do need help or who can offer help. If you don’t like leaving messages, then don’t ring – use the text or the e-mail service.
